All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Processing times may increase during busy seasons.
  • You will receive tracking details once available.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout South Africa and selected international destinations.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • South Africa: 5–15 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–20 business days
  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, couriers, weather, or supplier delays.

4. Dropshipping Notice

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Because of this:

  • Items may arrive separately.
  • Packaging may differ between suppliers.
  • Shipping times can vary per product.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, product weight, and courier rates.

6. Tracking Orders

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
